Winter can mess with your mood more than you realize.
Feeling tired.
Feeling unmotivated.
Feeling “off.”
That doesn’t mean you’re lazy.
It doesn’t mean you’re failing.
And it definitely doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It means your brain and body are responding to less light, colder days, and a slower season.
You’re human
So go a little easier on yourself.
Rest when you can.
Do one small thing at a time.
Spring energy will come back—but for now, grace matters more than pressure.
