Your #teens have opportunities daily to make choices with regard to how they want to show up for others.
They can choose to be authentic, honest, empathetic, compassionate, responsible etc.
They can also show up inauthentic, dishonest, uncaring, lacking compassion and irresponsible to name a few.
Whichever choice they make will yield some form of consequence.
When they make a choice, those consequences attach themselves to them and can shape how they are viewed by others.
Most people who write google reviews come from two viewpoints.
They either had a negative experience and find it an outlet to post their disappointment for all to see or in some cases offer constructive criticism so improvements can be made.
The other is someone who was blown away by an experience that they just feel compelled to share how wonderful they felt and let others know so they can have the same opportunity to experience it.
Very infrequently does someone who had a good experience or a slightly negative one, take the time to write a review. The bad experience is the one that gets the most press.
Do you know how your teen is #showingup up? Are they making poor choices that are leaving them with a reputation that does not serve them? Are they making choices that set them apart from the rest, as a leader? Are they somewhere in the middle with the ability to make impact but are just not doing it?
How many stars would they get? What can you do to increase their rating?
I can help them get 5 Stars!
