You don’t need fewer thoughts.
You need to take action on the things that bring you joy.
Overthinking will fill any empty space you give it.
So instead of sitting in your head all day, add things that actually make you feel good.
Laugh.
Talk to someone you enjoy engaging with.
Move your body.
Do something instead of just thinking about everything.
Your mind gets loud when your life gets quiet.
Fill your life with things that feel good, not just thoughts that stress you out.
Action is always better than inaction. Even if it is a small action.
