Before you assume you’re “too sensitive” or “just in a bad mood,” ask yourself this:
What is this feeling trying to tell me?
Irritation is usually a signal. Not a personality flaw.
You might not be dramatic.
You might be tired.
You might not be mean.
You might be overstimulated.
You might not hate everyone.
You might just need:
• More sleep
• Less screen time
• A boundary
• A break
Sometimes your mood isn’t the problem.
It’s your nervous system asking for support.
