More peace? More laughter? More sleep? More time with people who bring out your best? Think about what truly fills your cup and helps you grow.

Maybe it’s stress, comparison, or saying “yes” when you really mean “no.” Let go of what drains your energy and makes you forget who you are.
Who makes me feel most like myself?
The people who let you be real—no pretending, no pressure. Spend more time with them. They remind you of your worth.
This month, choose intention over speed.
