It permits you to experience your emotions without judgment. You don’t have to fight, hide, or ignore what you’re feeling — just acknowledge it. Emotions are like waves: they rise, peak, and eventually pass. When you accept them instead of resisting, you create space to understand, heal, and grow. Moving through your feelings doesn’t mean getting stuck in them; it means allowing them to teach you something and then letting them go.
