You’re going to feel a lot of things today.
Maybe you’ll feel confident in one moment and overwhelmed in the next. Maybe you’ll feel excited, anxious, frustrated, grateful, or a mix of all of them at the same time.
That’s normal.
One of the biggest mistakes we make is believing that a feeling is a fact or that it will last forever. It won’t.
Feelings are like weather. They move through us. The more we fight them, the longer they tend to stay. The more we acknowledge them, learn from them, and let them be, the faster they pass.
So if today feels amazing, enjoy it.
If today feels hard, remember that won’t last either.
You don’t have to be happy all the time. You don’t have to fix every feeling. You just have to keep showing up.
Feel it. Learn from it. Let it pass.
Because feelings are visitors, not permanent residents.
