You can be a good friend and still have boundaries.
Being a good friend doesn’t mean being available 24/7, always agreeing, fixing every problem, or ignoring your own feelings just to keep someone else happy.
Real friendships have room for both people.
You’re allowed to say no.
You’re allowed to disagree.
You’re allowed to take space.
You’re allowed to speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
Setting boundaries doesn’t make you a bad friend. It means you’re learning how to be a good friend without losing yourself in the process.
