It is very easy to say what you are going to do or what you believe, but it is another thing to live it.
It is so important to teach our teens at a young age the power and value in living their truth. When they live their truth, they automatically manage others expectations of them and send a clear message as to who they are and their values.
Action in the form of their personal truths is powerful and impactful to those who they interact with. This also ties into Personal Responsibility and following through on their promises.
If they say it and they mean it, then they need to do it. If they question their actions, based on something they said they are going to do, that is when it is time to self-reflect on their values and connect back to them.
